Floating Sanctuary Resort by Cocotel

The pyramid room which my wife booked is not as big as expected and could not accommodate the 3 of us including our 13-year old daughter and we opted to get a Monstera Room instead, which is way bigger and more comfortable. Staff are not as accomodating and can not make a decision and told them we are tired and wanted to rest. Room has no hot shower, lights only has one switch for all and there are no dim lights. Everything you need has to be requested and not readily available: water heater for coffee, cups, toilet paper etc. Servers need Customer Service training since non of them seem to know what it is. Good thing, the bed is comfortable and food is well-cooked otherwise, i can't think about coming back. The resort itself is nice and i think what is needed is Proper Management and maintenance.
